DONALD MASASANYA
With a passion for Human Capacity Development, I am constantly enthralled by the delegates’ eagerness to step aside and re-asses how effective their habits (in presentations and other communication modes) have been in their business engagements.
Donald Masasanya has extensive facilitation experience in Leadership Development, Business Planning, Strategic Management and Business Communication spanning over ten years.
He has an education background and started his career as a Language Teacher at High School for seven years before assuming Communications roles in the government sector and later held managerial roles during his tenure in Parastatal organizations in the country. He therefore as a result developed expertise during this period in Training/Development/Facilitation, Communication, Content Development for Publications, Business Strategy Development and Management.
He has also been involved in the tertiary education sector developing study materials, tutoring, moderating examination papers and scripts as well as speaking at Graduation Ceremonies.
His qualifications are in Education and Languages (English and Setswana) and has a Masters’ Degree in Translation Studies, an Honors’ degree in Applied English Language Studies – both from Wits University as well as a Senior Education Diploma from the University of Johannesburg.
An ardent gym enthusiast and a road runner, Donald has three Comrades Marathon medals under his belt and in pursuit for more. He values family life and prefers the outdoors for time with family and friends.
